HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

1) Once you become a client, we gather information, brochures, videos about your company, visit your website and ask a set of predetermined questions on our scripting outline in order to ascertain:

  • What is your on hold objective?
  • Who is your audience?
  • Why are they calling?
  • How often do they call?
  • Do you have any demographics on them?
  • What information is important to them?
  • What do you want them to know and when?
  • What image do you want to project?

3) Within 2 working days you will receive your first draft script via fax or e-mail for your review. This is the editing and approval process.

4) Once we get approval from you on your script, you may select a professional voice talent - male, female or both. You can keep the same voice(s) every time or change each time.

5) We'll combine the creative script that you approved, voice talent, music and sound effects in our digital state of the art studio production facility.

6) After an editor listens to your entire productions while reading the copy to ensure its accuracy and quality, it's sent to all specified locations the same evening.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

This takes place within 5 days of becoming a new client and takes less than an hour. The installation DOES NOT require your phone system to be shut down.

PRODUCTION INSTALLATION (DOWNLOADING)

Your America on Hold productions will be sent to your office remotely . The RUF2700 shares the fax line in each office allowing us to send the productions over your fax line directly to the digital player.

Downloads are sent between 6pm and 6am daily. Exceptions are made at the customer's request.

Once the download is sent to your office, America on Hold will fax or e-mail a notification to each office along with a copy of the script that was downloaded that night.
